Terms of Service

Welcome to PulpitFlow. These terms govern your use of the PulpitFlow service at pulpitflow.ai (“the Service”), operated by PulpitFlow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

PulpitFlow turns sermon content you provide — text, audio, video, or links — into branded social media and web content: carousels, quote graphics, video clips, captions, thumbnails, and blog posts.

2. Your content

• You retain full ownership of everything you upload (sermons, recordings, manuscripts, photos) and everything the Service generates from it. Generated assets are yours to publish anywhere.
• You must have the rights to the content you upload — including the preaching, music, and imagery in your recordings.
• We process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

3. Faithfulness to your words

Generated content is derived from your sermon and checked against it mechanically where possible, but you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. PulpitFlow is a tool, not a teaching authority.

4. Accounts & billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
• Plan limits (sermons per week, asset types) apply per your selected tier.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to produce unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to resell generated output as a competing service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update features over time. If we ever discontinue the Service, you'll have at least 30 days to export your assets.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
