Privacy Policy

This policy describes what PulpitFlow collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email, church name, and brand preferences (colors, fonts, style choices).
• Sermon content: the text, audio, video, and images you upload so we can generate your content.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

• To generate your branded content — the core of the Service.
• To process media: recordings are transcribed by our speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) and content is generated with AI providers (Anthropic). These providers process your content to provide the feature and do not retain it for training under our agreements.
• To email you about your account (brand delivery, billing).

3. What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never use your sermons to train AI models.
• We never publish anything on your behalf.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL + object storage) with row-level security isolating each church's data. Media files live in private buckets accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

5. Your rights

You can export your generated assets anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@pulpitflow.aiand we'll complete it within 30 days.
