Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged at all.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from the Account page — no phone call, no email required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access to everything you generated.

Refunds

• Monthly plans:if PulpitFlow didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it — no interrogation.
• Annual plans:within 30 days of your annual charge we'll refund it in full. After 30 days we'll refund the unused months, prorated, whenever you ask.
• Billing mistakes: duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full, immediately.

How to request a refund

Email hello@pulpitflow.ai from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Your content

Cancelling never deletes your generated content mid-period, and you can download everything before your plan ends. If you'd like your data deleted after cancellation, just say so in your email.
