How long does my content take after I upload a sermon?
Processing time varies with the upload, recording length, transcription, and any steps that need attention. Check each section of your sermon page for its current status. An email about rendered graphics does not mean the writing and video clips have all finished.
Can I close the tab while my pack is being made?
Keep the tab open until your file finishes uploading. Once transcription or video processing has started, those jobs can continue in the background. Writing and graphic production still need the sermon page open. If you leave, return to the sermon page to resume unfinished work and check each section before downloading or posting.
Should I upload a video, audio recording, or manuscript?
A transcript or readable manuscript can provide the source for writing and graphics. DOCX, PDF, and TXT uploads must be 4 MB or smaller; scanned image-only PDFs need selectable text first. Audio recordings can be transcribed for writing and graphics. Captioned sermon clips require the original video with usable picture and sound. For YouTube, a readable transcript alone is not enough for clips: the recording must also be accessible. Uploading the video directly is the more reliable option.
Something says it failed. What do I do?
Follow the action shown on the affected section. Retry can resume recoverable work while preserving completed clips. A job whose outcome is still unknown may need review before another attempt is safe. If a section keeps failing or asks for review, email hello@pulpitflow.ai with the sermon title and the message shown. Keep the sermon page open while writing and graphics resume.
How many sermons can I process?
PulpitFlow is one plan at $99 a month — one sermon per calendar week, including five-week months. Each week starts Sunday at midnight in America/Chicago time. Need more? Email hello@pulpitflow.ai.
Can I change my brand colors or fonts?
Your brand system was designed for you by a real designer, and every asset is generated from it. If something feels off, reply to any of our emails or use the Brand kit page — but for bigger changes we recommend requesting a designer pass so everything stays cohesive.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the Account page. PulpitFlow is one plan at $99a month — there isn't a plan to change.
Where do the video clips come from?
The weekly pack includes 3–5 captioned vertical clips from your sermon video. We use its transcript to locate and review complete passages, then render the recorded speech with captions in your brand's style. Clip length depends on the passage and the enabled video format. Review the captions, context, and framing before posting. If fewer than three clips are delivered, contact support about the shortfall; a finished render is not the same as fulfilling the 3–5-clip commitment.
